Service Improvement


We at VIPparcel are always working hard to improve our service and make your life easier when it comes to shipping. Detailed today, we will go into some of the recent changes we have made.

A popular request has always been to allow customized e-mail notifications – which can be found in the account settings. Well, now we are happy to announce that you can customize your e-mail notification to exactly how you want: from language, images, placement of text, and more. We leave it in your hands. And if you’re not interested in customizing it, we use the standard professional format by default.

We have also added many more changes for added simplicity.
You can now change the ship date. For example, if you printed the label at 9 PM, but want the notification to show the ship date as the next day – you can do that. At VIPparcel it is important for us to give you control in how you ship. 

On the other end, we have added a new shipping option: APO and FPO. A lot of you have been requesting it and we’re happy to oblige. We want to be your comprehensive shipping solution, but until we can perfect a feature, it won’t be added.

To compliment this new change, we have also added the following: ability to import CSV files for quick transfer of address books and organizational purposes.

We have optimized the autopayment system to make it easier to use. You can set the amount exactly to your specifications.

Finally, we added a convenient chart for your viewing, where you can see limitations (weight and dimensions) for every country we serve. 

Right now it is the busiest time of the year for shipping and we would love to be your solution.
