USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate Boxes are easy and low-cost way of delivery within the USA. It suits you if you purchase and print the labels online and send your package short distance. You can’t use your own box choosing this way of shipping. Regional Rate Box prices are available for clients who send their items using USPS-produced Regional Rate Boxes. USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate Boxes pricing depends on the box type and zone. There are 9 zones in the U.S. and the rates depend on distance from the original package location and the destination it is shipped to.

There are three types of Regional Rate Boxes (A, B, C). They differ by size and a maximum weight limit.

Priority Mail Regional Rate Box A consists of two kinds of boxes: side loading (11 1⁄16″ x 2 1⁄2″ x 13 1⁄16″) and top loading (10 1⁄8″ x 7 1⁄8″ x 5″). Maximum weight limit for Priority Mail Regional Rate Box A is 15lbs.

Priority Mail Regional Rate Box B includes two types of boxes: side loading (14 1⁄2″ x 3″ x 16 1⁄4″) and top loading (12 1⁄4″ x 10 1⁄2″ x 5 1⁄2″). Maximum weight for Priority Mail Regional Rate Box B is 20lbs.

Priority Mail Regional Rate Box C (15″ x 12″ x 12″) has maximum weight limit of 25lbs.
